Refund Policy

L.A. Curbs is committed to customer satisfaction. We understand that plans can change and that quality matters. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for this service.

1. Cancellations and Refunds

Full Refunds:
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled
service time.
Partial Refunds or Rescheduling:
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a partial refund may be issued at our
discretion, minus a cancellation or service fee.
No-Shows:
If we arrive at the service location and are unable to perform the work due to lack of access, incorrect
information, or the customer not being present (when required), a rescheduling fee may apply and no
refund may be issued.

2. Unsatisfactory Service

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 7 days of your completed
service. We will:
 Review the issue
 Offer a free touch-up or re-service if necessary
 Issue a partial or full refund if the issue cannot be reasonably resolved
This guarantee does not apply to issues resulting from:
 Normal wear and tear
 Vandalism, weather, or external damage
 Incorrect address provided
 Services performed more than 7 days prior to the complaint

3. Weather or Safety Delays

If we must cancel or postpone service due to inclement weather or unsafe working conditions, we will
notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to:
 Reschedule at no additional charge
 Request a full refund

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@lacurbs.com or call (323) 345-2872 with the following
details:
 Your full name
 Service address
 Appointment date
 Reason for refund request
 Photos (if applicable)
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

5. Payment Method & Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear
in your account.
